I am an Indian and I have to tell you – there are at least three different types of music here. And I would like to know about every one of them.
1. There is a woman singing “aalaap” style (where she just goes aaaa…) at various times
2. A tamil (south indian style) folk music tune between 0:21 and 0:28 or so and at the end 0:55 and beyond.
3. Another (punjabi?) tune starting around 0:29
I am definitely interested in finding out more about #2. Great tune and great rhythms.
